Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Quanaris API, dashboard and embeddable charts (the “Service”), operated by the Quanaris operator. By creating an account, using an API key, or embedding a chart, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Quanaris provides Solana market data (reconciled OHLCV, swaps, metrics) and related tooling over a REST + WebSocket API and embeddable charts. The underlying data is derived from public on-chain activity.

2. Accounts & API keys

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret. Activity under your key is your responsibility. Rotate or revoke a key from your dashboard if it is exposed.
You must not resell, share, or abuse the Service, attempt to exceed your plan limits, or use it to disrupt the platform or other users.

3. Plans, payment & cancellation

Paid plans are priced monthly in USDC on Solana. Each cycle you pay by signing and sending a single, one-off USDC transfer of your plan’s fixed amount from your own wallet — there is no stored card, no standing authorization, and nothing is ever auto-pulled from your wallet.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. To renew, you send the next cycle’s transfer (one click in the dashboard); to cancel, simply stop paying — access ends when the current paid period ends.
Prices and plan limits may change; we’ll give reasonable notice for material changes.

4. Data accuracy & no financial advice

Market data is provided “as is”. While we reconcile against an on-chain archive, data may contain gaps, delays or errors and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for trading or financial decisions. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. See the Disclaimer.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempts to deanonymize individuals, no scraping beyond your plan, no reselling raw data as a competing feed without a written agreement.

6. Warranty disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Quanaris operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three (3) months.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
