Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 June 2026
This policy explains what Quanaris (operated by the Quanaris operator) collects and why. We collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Identity — if you sign in with Google/GitHub, our auth provider (Clerk) processes your email and basic profile to authenticate you. We store a tenant record keyed to that identity.
- Payment — if you subscribe, your Solana wallet address is recorded to operate the on-chain subscription. We never hold your funds and never see private keys.
- Usage — API requests are metered (counts, timestamps, the key used) for rate-limiting, billing and abuse prevention. We log request ids and basic diagnostics.
- Local storage — the dashboard stores your active API key in your browser only.
What we do NOT do
We do not sell your data. We do not build advertising profiles. The market data we serve is public on-chain data, not personal data about you.
Third parties (processors)
- Clerk — authentication.
- Helius — Solana RPC / data ingestion.
- Railway — hosting.
- Ferno — historical block archive.
Each processes data only to provide the Service.
Retention
Account + billing records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax/legal purposes. Usage logs are kept for a limited operational window. You may request deletion of your account data: support@quanaris.com.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data. Contact support@quanaris.com to exercise them.
