Refund & Cancellation Policy

Quanaris is priced monthly in USDC on Solana. Each cycle you pay with a single, one-off USDC transfer you sign and send yourself — no stored card, no standing authorization, nothing auto-pulled.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge: your plan simply ends when the period you paid for ends. To stop, don’t send the next cycle’s transfer. To keep going, send it (one click in the dashboard).

Refunds

• Because each payment is an on-chain transfer and access is delivered immediately, paid periods are generally non-refundable.
• If you paid in error or the Service had a material, prolonged outage during your paid period, contact support@quanaris.com within 14 days and we’ll make it right (a pro-rated USDC refund or credit).

How to renew or stop

Dashboard → Billing → Renew to pay the next cycle, or simply stop to let the plan lapse. Need help? support@quanaris.com.
